Weds 1st Oct 7pm to 8.30pm at the Scout Hut - Cubs and Scouts to please bring a parent and a pet for an informal night discussing the future of the group and introducing family pets to each other. If it gets too much for our dog, we'll be popping her in her travel crate in the car, so perhaps come prepared to do the same.

Weds 24th Sept Crabbing 6.45pm to 8.15pm

Weds 24th Sept - Please meet at Axmouth Bridge at 6.45, and be collected at 8.15 from the seafront Esplanade junction with Beach Road. Bring crabbing lines, bait, bucket, head/hand torch and coat. Uniform to be worn. Will the Cubs or the Scouts catch the most??

We have combined cubs and scouts due to a shortage of leaders and helpers, but if you can offer help, or know someone who can, please contact us on the contact form.
There are many young people in Seaton who gain so much from the Scouting experience and to secure it's future we need more volunteers. It is fun, so why not give it a try!

Seaton Scouting returns for joint sessions with cubs and scouts starting on weds 17th sept 7pm - 8.30pm at the scout hut.

Be prepared for camp fire building and fun games. And remember to bring your subs please.

A Pack of Cub Scouts is organised into Sixes, with each Six named after a colour, and a Sixer and a Seconder in charge.

Activities

During their time in the Pack, Cub Scouts will get a chance to try lots of different activities including:

Night Walk
Tracking
Knots
Games

One of the highlights of the scouting year in Seaton is the annual weekend trip to the PGL activity centre at Osmington Bay near Weymouth.

There are a range of badges available which Cub Scouts can wear on their uniforms to show everyone how well they're doing.
